Content Policy

1. Fictional entertainment

SceneRally is AI-generated fantasy entertainment. It aims for non-graphic fictional combat, not real-world harm. Participation uses offered story choices; it is not permission to request arbitrary prohibited content. Provider and payment-platform restrictions still apply, and no scene is guaranteed approval merely because it is fictional.

For rounds that request new AI-generated video, the generation integration uses MiniMax H3 Max Turbo via fal. Naming a provider does not imply its endorsement of SceneRally.

2. Prohibited content and use

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit imagery, pornographic acts and sexual exploitation.
• Violence / gore: gratuitous or graphic injury, torture, mutilation, gore, cruelty, threats, or encouragement/instructions for real-world violence or self-harm. Fictional combat is not an exemption for these depictions.
• Hate speech: attacks, dehumanisation, harassment or incitement against people because of protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: sexualisation, exploitation, abuse or grooming involving minors, whether real, fictional or AI-generated, and other material endangering children.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or unauthorised use of a real person's identity, face or voice; non-consensual intimate imagery; harmful impersonation or misleading political content.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: unlicensed use that infringes another person's rights, including presenting another brand's characters or work as authorised SceneRally content.

Do not bypass content checks, misuse accounts, expose private information or use the service unlawfully. Payment does not buy an exception to these rules.

3. Content checks and review

Generation requests sent through the MiniMax H3 Max Turbo integration enable the provider’s safety checker. Automated checks can miss unsuitable material; a successful generation response does not establish that content complies with this policy.

We may withhold, remove or replace content when a policy concern is identified, and review relevant scene information and reports. This policy does not promise that every input or result receives human review before display.

Content reports and appeals are reviewed manually. Provider checks may reject a request or result. A suspected false rejection should be reviewed with supporting context; safeguards must not be disabled to bypass a rejection.

4. Report content

Email cnvx.studio@gmail.com with the subject “Content report”, a page/scene or round reference, and the reason for concern. Include a playback timestamp if helpful. Do not download, attach or redistribute illegal imagery; a reference and written description are sufficient.

The report is assessed against this policy and applicable provider rules. Content may be withheld or removed while a serious concern is reviewed. We may ask for clarification, contact the provider and report illegal activity where required. We explain the outcome where appropriate without revealing another person's private information or sensitive investigation details.

5. Actions and appeals

Actions may include withholding, removing or replacing a scene, declining a requested publication, restricting access where supported, or escalating the issue to the provider. The response depends on the issue and the information available.

Where an interactive result is rejected before delivery, the round must follow its failure rules: do not spend the reserved Credits for that undelivered result, release them to the balance, and continue available background playback. Money refunds remain governed by the Refund Policy. Content enforcement is not a blanket right to confiscate unrelated purchases.

If you believe a scene or request was wrongly restricted, email cnvx.studio@gmail.com with the subject “Content appeal” and the relevant reference. We review the context and explain the outcome; an appeal does not guarantee restoration or another free generation.
